You are both Light and Dark. The LightBody Upgrade™ coursework strives to balance the light body (spirit/breath/life) and the dark body (earth element/physical body). Your LightBody must be larger, flow freely and be constantly refilled from the stream of unconditional love that flows all around you to create balance. You must chose to tune into the light and joy around you so that your light can expand and balance the dark, which is dense and heavy.
Once you become aware of the light body and subtle energy, then allowing a foundation for continuous healing is possible. This requires unlearning and clearing limiting beliefs both inherited and learned. You deserve to access the flow of unconditional love for yourself and all aspects of your experience here in this life. This takes gaining perspective of how incredible you are and loving you no matter what you feel, sense, or know. This is staying present.
In this coursework, I teach a framework for understanding your inner landscape as well as how to create connection in the outer world with healthy guidelines.
There are so many energies that we each create in response to the external world. I teach you how to become aware of these energies, recognize what is yours, and then clear your system to refill with the energy frequency of your choice.

On Demand LightBody Upgrade
In these courses you will receive access to the video lesson and then the subsequent healings and activations.
Each module includes three hours of videos. Each module builds upon the next for the full body reset. I also offer a few guided meditations to support transformation within each as a bonus.
Please fully complete each before moving onto the next module. Take a nice slow pace to fully integrate all the energetic shifts. At any time you may decide to add a private session with me as a complement.
