Welcome, I am Kimberly Naugle Long. I bring a blend of grounded expertise and transcendent spiritual wisdom as a healer, spiritual counselor, and guide. I am the founder/creator of Serenity Attunement a Reiki and Sound Therapy Practice and School. I am also founder/creator of Light Body Upgrade™ Program which weaves together decades of experience.  

My energy medicine studies span 2 decades. This path includes extensive training in Usui Reiki (2002), Karuna Reiki®, Biofield Tuning, sound therapy, breathwork, acupressure, Quantum Healing, Theta Healing, Holy Fire III World Peace Karuna Reiki®, Pendulum Alchemy™, past life regression, Mystery School, and archangel work. I sought studies that revealed parallels in soul anatomy and they felt like deep remembering—the shared language of soul anatomy across traditions. This wisdom spans lifetimes.

Business experience includes working in clinical setting as LASIK surgical coordinator/counselor pulling from 16 years experience as medical/surgical tech. I later steered two businesses through the intense disruptions of COVID while advocating for policy changes to support local entrepreneurs. 

Now I hold steady space as a caregiver for loved ones facing Alzheimer’s, cancer, and chronic illness—mastering nervous-system regulation, healthy boundaries, and energy flow through heavy emotions without collapse and in joy. This bootcamp in applied energy anatomy tools for centering and regaining high frequency flow despite the continuous nature of the stressful situations provides the real-time practice for these tools which I share via my signature program.
